Collaborations with professor Fattorini and the Institute of Higher Education “Marconi Pieralisi”

From the idea to the 3D design to the realization. Visit of the 5MM Mechatronics Course ISS Marconi Pieralisi class at the Domenico Ricci S.r.l. of San Paolo in Jesi to see the prototype made.
It is truly a great satisfaction to see a school project exhibited at the Macfrut 2021 Fair in Rimini, in which the students of the Mechatronics Course of the IIS Marconi Pieralisi in Jesi worked there for the 3D design of the Anaerobic Digester.
Obviously, everything was possible thanks to an idea of a business group and 2 companies from Vallesina such as ATS sul and Domenico Ricci srl

Thanks to the intuition of a director Massimiliano Savoretti, thanks to the support of some companies in the territory such as Domenico Ricci Srl and ATS Srl, we are trying to give life to a Scholastic / Professional Project that allows the recovery of some agri-food processing by-products to produce methane gas.
Obviously it is a small-scale prototype, but sufficient to increase the skills and knowledge of my students of the Fifth Year Mechatronics Course here at Marconi Pieralisi in Jesi.
All in a rather problematic scholastic moment for the school world and beyond, given the many difficulties.

A Turbine project that like a vortex was born from nothing, to then take shape and thanks to the commitment of the young people and the financial support of three Jesine companies such as: Domenico Ricci, Giuliani & Manoni, Torneria Paradisi … who, believing in our idea, have made us funded and allowed to achieve the ultimate goal. An optimal result that led the school into that pool of schools defined as “Italian scholastic excellence” present in the Italian pavilion at EXPO 2015

Project: Vertical modular greenhouse in stainless steel

From a collaboration between the architect Alessandro Ricci, Domenico Ricci srl. and the Social Designer Marco Federico Cagnoni was born the project of a vertical “modular” greenhouse, made of stainless steel, for the cultivation of plants used for the production of Bioplastic. The project, known as Plastic Culture, was presented on 5 April 2022 at the Material District in Utrecht (Netherlands / Holland), the international fair of innovative materials. Subsequently, in collaboration with the WALD studio in Paris, the vertical greenhouse was presented on April 14th at the international horticultural fair Floriade Expo 2022 in Almere (Netherlands / Holland), where it can still be visited (until September 2022) within the French pavilion, as a collaborative partner and promoter.

Beyond the Plastic Culture project, which is mainly focused on the cultivation of plants for the production of natural rubber, the vertical greenhouse was conceived as a modular and versatile unit in order to allow indoor domestic cultivation, any type of plant, from aromatic plants, vegetables and flowering plants. The system, autonomous and easily programmable, offers various solutions according to the type of plant cultivation. It is also a piece of furniture that is suitable for both private and public use, such as, for example, a partition wall inside offices and living rooms.
